More information about our service

Advice is by telephone, webchat and email. A limited number of in-office appointments are offered to people who are unable to access remote services. Interviews are conducted in the office. You will be able to bring paperwork for the adviser to look at and forms can be completed. Contact us to book an appointment 01227 452762 or by contacting admin@canterburycab.cabnet.org.uk. If you have no access to telephone or email you can call into reception between 10am and 1pm Monday, Wednesday or Thursday to book a face to face appointment for a future date.
