More information about our service

For referrals to Food Bank, client can call Citizens Advice Runnymede and Spelthorne Adviceline 0808 250 5706 or LCA can place client on Runnymede and Spelthorne Work Queue in Casebook, making it clear that it is a Food Bank referral and and including the following information: How many people in the household, ages, gender, any allergies or relevant medical conditions (eg diabetes), delivery or collection (if collection please state when / where client would prefer to collect), any pet food or toiletries / sanitary products, any baby items / nappies (what size), whether client has access to cooking facilities. A Drop-In Outreach Service is also available at this Food Bank with no appointment or referral necessary. A Citizens Advice Adviser will be available at Stanwell Food Bank on 26th April, 24th May and 21st June 2024 between 12pm and 2pm. We offer a 15 minute face to face appointment to provide initial, exploratory advice and if further advice is needed, a telephone appointment can be arranged. Please note, we do not fill in forms such as PIP at Outreach sessions.

Fuel Top Ups: Request via referral. Client to bring top up card to food bank. If client cannot visit the Food Bank, please ask them to telephone the Food Bank to request fuel top up.
