The Citizens Advice service offers practical, up-to-date information and advice on a wide range of topics, including; debt, benefits, housing, legal, discrimination, employment, immigration, consumer and other problems.
Our advice is available to everyone regardless of race, gender, sexuality, age, nationality, disability or religion.
Bromley Citizens Advice aims to improve access to high quality services across the borough by delivering free, independent, confidential and impartial advice and by leading the advice sector in Bromley.
We value diversity, and promote equality.
Over the next three years we aim to establish ourselves as the leader of quality advice in Bromley, work collaboratively with partners to influence advice service provision, identify gaps and deliver services, and improve access to our services.
In addition to our generic services, we operate additional services as funding allows.
The majority of advisers are trained volunteers, helping the Citizens Advice service to resolve over seven million new problems every year.
Our service couldn’t survive without our 21,500 fantastic volunteers, but we need around 5,000 more. We’re looking for all sorts of people with different backgrounds and skills to volunteer with us for a uniquely rewarding experience.

Together, we are the Citizens Advice service, and we help people resolve their legal, money and other problems by providing free, independent and confidential advice, and by influencing policymakers.
