Our switchboard operators do not provide advice. There is no facility to leave a voicemail when the switchboard is closed.

Visiting us in person
Our walk-in advice service is 9am-3pm Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays. We close for lunch between 12:30pm-1pm. If the main entrance to our building is closed, push Buzzer 2 on the intercom. We're on the right-hand side on the 3rd Floor as you exit the lift.
