The Citizens Advice service helps people resolve their legal, money and other problems by providing free, independent and confidential advice, and by influencing policymakers.

Every Citizens Advice Bureau is a registered charity reliant on trained volunteers and funds to provide these vital services for local communities.

Notes

We offer an initial 10 minute assesment interview to anyone calling in to our drop in sessions. Appointments may then be offered if required
Appointments are available every day apart from Wednesdays and we run a late session on Thursday evenings.
Free appointments with an Independant Financial Adviser available every other Tuesday evening.

Advice sessions

Many bureaux now have a short introductory interview to help decide how you can be best advised. You may then be asked to make an appointment. If the bureau is open only for appointments or specialist advice this will be indicated in the notes.
