- Employment Tribunal Procedure
Participants will explore these topics in a series of short lectures and directed case studies to give practical examples of the issues that arise in the employment relationship.

- Describe the main employment rights
- Understand when employment relationships are unlawfully terminated
- Advise on the main steps in employment tribunal procedure
