The course covers:

Learning objectives:

At the end of the course participants should be able to:

  • Describe the potential employment issues arising in business reorganisations;
  • Advise on the effects of TUPE in a business reorganisation;
  • Explain when a redundancy situation arises and the consequences for employees;
  • Understand the consultation obligations on employers
