Citizens Advice

The Citizens Advice service helps people resolve their legal, money and other problems by providing free, independent and confidential advice, and by influencing policymakers.

Every Citizens Advice Bureau is a registered charity reliant on trained volunteers and funds to provide these vital services for local communities.

Training materials

Financial Skills for Life has produced a range of training materials for our bureaux to use when delivering sessions to groups of adults in the community. They include materials to use with community practitioners as well as end users and cover topics such as choosing credit, budgeting and managing debt.
