Making society fairer

11 - 13 September 2012, University of Exeter

The Citizens Advice service annual conference takes place in September every year. The conference attracts over 1,000 delegates from Citizens Advice Bureaux and is a key event in the Citizens Advice service calendar.

The over-arching theme of the 2012 conference will focus on the service's role in making society fairer. The event will bring together volunteers, trustees, staff and other stakeholders to look at how, in the light of widespread public spending cuts and extensive welfare reform, we can become even better at creating a fairer society given our new responsibilities in consumer advice, advocacy and education.
