The Citizens Advice consumer service contact card promotes the helpline in a handy credit card sized format and replaces the previous Consumer Direct version.
The cards comes in packs of 100 and are free to partners, though delivery charges are payable. A handy dispenser will be available soon.
The Shoppers' rights guide for consumers in England, Wales and Scotland has been produced by the Citizens Advice consumer service to replace the previous Consumer Direct version. It sets out general guidelines for people buying goods or services, informing them of their rights, what to look out for and what to do if things go wrong.
