The Citizens Advice service helps people resolve their legal, money and other problems by providing free, independent and confidential advice, and by influencing policymakers.
Every Citizens Advice Bureau is a registered charity reliant on trained volunteers and funds to provide these vital services for local communities.
This four minute film is an introduction into what the Citizens Advice service does and how it can help everyone from different parts of the community. It has subtitles and is signed in British sign language by profoundly deaf Ernesto Bueno Del Carpio who is a Citizens Advice Bureaux adviser.
