Citizens Advice Specialist Support provides a second-tier consultancy service to advisers. We can offer advisers continued support on complex issues relating to our specialist subjects. Our consultants have many years experience of working in their chosen field.
Our courses are written and delivered by our consultants working at specialist support. We offer courses at different levels from introductory through to advanced. The full range of our courses meet National Occupations Standard and are also CPD accredited.
We offer a range of employment courses on our current programme but can also offer additional in-house courses on request.
Our money advice courses deal with many of the ongoing issue advisers deal with on a regular basis and go beyond the presenting problem.
The welfare benefits programme offers a wide range of courses dealing with complex areas of law and the ever changing rules of the benefit system.
