Discrimination: the five key issues
Course outline
This course concentrates on the five issues that are key to any discrimination claim: gathering evidence, using the right comparators, the burden of proof, justification arguments and injury to feelings. This course is for advisers with a good knowledge of discrimination law who are looking to sharpen their knowledge and skills.
Learning objectives
By the end of this course you will be able to:
- draft more effective discrimination questionnaires
- identify appropriate comparators and supporting arguments
- construct stronger arguments to prove discrimination claims
- support arguments that maximise injury to feelings compensation
