Course outline
Compensation is the main remedy in most employment disputes and a thorough knowledge of the relevant law and practice is essential. This course covers all the key areas including loss of earnings, pension loss, injury to feelings and protective awards. Plenty of practise in drafting schedules of loss will ensure you are able give clients the best advice and support in their claim.

- systematically review all potential losses in a claim
- present supported arguments for future loss of earnings
- assess injury to feelings awards in discrimination cases
- draft a comprehensive schedule of loss
