Course outline
Gathering relevant evidence and presenting it to a tribunal in a persuasive way is the
key to success in discrimination claims. This course concentrates on the skills required
to analyse and plan a case to ensure that it is strongly built from the start and
presented to best effect. A leading discrimination barrister will give you valuable tips
and the ‘tricks of the trade’. You will need a strong knowledge of discrimination law
to attend this course.
