April 2012 is going to see some of the most important changes in employment law for many years along with important appeal decisions . Changes will be made to unfair dismissal law and Employment Tribunal rules affecting all types of cases. This popular course will keep you fully up to date on the changes to employment law and practice in this fast moving field. A good knowledge of employment law is required as only significant legal changes will be discussed.
