2013 is set to have some of the biggest employment law changes for some time with proposals to introduce fees for employment tribunal claims and early dispute resolution being promoted. This popular course will keep you fully up-to-date on the changes to employment law and practice in this fast moving field. A good knowledge of employment law is required, as only significant legal changes will be discussed.
