Essential discrimination law
Course outline
This course will equip you with the knowledge and skills to recognise discrimination in the workplace and how to analyse the 'prohibited conduct' that has occured. The course will also give you an understanding of how to resolve discrimination claims and the remedies which apply.
Learning objectives
By the end of this course you will be able to:
- identify individual characteristics protected by the Equality Act
- explain what 'prohibited conduct' is unlawful in the workplace
- describe the remedies for discrimination
