Redundancy and reorganisation

By the end of this course you will be able to:
- identify redundancy and assess the fairness or otherwise of a redundancy dismissal
- help an employee consider options when an employer proposes to reduce pay or other entitlements
- guide a client through lay-off and short-time working procedures
- identify rights when an employer becomes insolvent or in a TUPE situation
