Course outline
Success in employment tribunal claims is most often achieved by good preparation, gathering the correct evidence and presenting to a tribunal in a persuasive way. This course concentrates on the skills needed to run a claim in the employment tribunal from drafting the ET1 to the door of the tribunal. This course does not cover tribunal advocacy but does provide and ideal link with our course 'Advocacy in the employment tribunal'.
Learning objectives
By the end of this course you will be able to:
- Identify the claims and issues in a case
- Discuss the key elements in drafting an ET1
- Advise clients on gathering evidence to support claims
- Draft witness statements to support clients cases
