The Citizens Advice service helps people resolve their legal, money and other problems by providing free, independent and confidential advice, and by influencing policymakers.
Every Citizens Advice Bureau is a registered charity reliant on trained volunteers and funds to provide these vital services for local communities.

Please note that, whilst the Tax credits - the tricky bits course is free of charge, there is significant administrative cost in co-ordinating this programme. Demand also exceeds the availability of places, so it is essential that all delegates booked onto a course attend, or send a substitute colleague. Should you be unable to attend and fail to cancel your place in accordance with our terms and conditions, you will be liable to pay the full course fee appropriate to your sector.
