Calderdale CAB complaint process
Making a complaint
If you have a complaint about our email advice service, or any other service provided by Calderdale CAB, you can talk to someone at the bureau or you can make your complaint in writing.
You are also welcome to get someone else to make your complaint for you by telephone, letter, or email, or by coming into the CAB – but please make sure they have your consent in writing first.
A leaflet about the Citizens Advice complaints procedure is available from our bureau offices. For full details about the complaints process and the service you can expect:

First step
We would like to do our best to resolve things as quickly as possible. Before making a complaint in writing, as a first step you can talk it over with the assessor or adviser that was helping you.
If the assessor or adviser cannot help, or you would prefer to speak to someone else, please ask for a senior manager or the director of the bureau. If you prefer, you can also do this by telephone. The number for Calderdale CAB is 01422 844699.
Making a complaint in writing
If you would prefer to make a complaint in writing, you can fill out the complaint form that is inside the complaints leaflet or send us a letter. Please send the form or letter to the following address:
