It is essential that we make sure that MPs from all parties are aware of the downfalls of the current benefit system, and the likely impact of planned welfare reform. If you have experienced any problems with Employment and Support Allowance (ESA), or if you are worried about proposed changes to the benefit, you can help us to inform MPs by sending your local MP a letter to explain your situation.

To help you do this, we have produced a template letter, with guidance on how to complete it.

Please also send us a copy of the letter you send, we can use the information you send us as evidence when we are lobbying for improvements to the system. Please be assured that we will not use any names in our evidence – anything you send us will only be used anonymously.

You can send a copy of your letter to the campaigns team
