Spot the scam!

Scams and frauds cost people millions every year, causing misery and distress.  People can lose their life savings, find themselves with crippling debts and experience mental health problems.  

Scams survey: next steps

Many thanks to all who took part in our recent survey.  We are now analysing the thousands of questionnaires and will be publishing the results during October.

Citizens Advice is very pleased to be working with Trading Standards to plan more work to combat scams.  During the autumn bureaux will be swinging into action with their local partners to tackle the scams that worried people most.
