Volunteers needed as Adviceline telephone assessors

Woman on phone in a bureau

Adviceline, the Citizens Advice telephone service, covers the whole of Wales and parts of England and it will fully cover both countries by October 2012.

Do you have good listening skills and a few hours a week to spare?

Would you be willing to be trained to answer the telephone to callers and listen sensitively whilst they explain their problem? Would you like to gain skills in identifying key information, assessing the options and taking action when appropriate?

If so, we are recruiting people to join our team and train as Adviceline telephone assessors. You will become part of an internationally recognised organisation and given all the support and encouragement you need. And, best of all, you’ll be helping hundreds of callers get the help and support they need.
