A word of advice is the Citizens Advice parliamentary newsletter which aims to keep parliamentarians and their staff informed of key developments from across the Citizens Advice service, both at a constituency level and in Westminster.
In our latest issue, we cover the parliamentary summer reception Citizens Advice hosted for MPs and peers in July and promote the events we have planned at party conferences this autumn.
We also provide an update on how we are working work with parliamentarians to achieve positive change on the issues most affecting our clients. These include preserving access to legal advice, ensuring the benefits system supports the most vulnerable, driving up energy efficiency standards in the private rented sector and protecting people in debt from unscrupulous debt management companies.
