Young People and Money
Young People and Money programme

Young People and Money was a free, national training programme aimed at agencies who work with young people not in education, employment or training (NEET). It was funded by the Consumer Financial Education Body (now the Money Advice Service) for three years and ended April 2011.
Three organisations, A4e, Fairbridge and Lifeline delivered the training to agencies across England and Wales. Each course included an afternoon slot for someone from a local Citizens Advice Bureau to come and talk about the debt advice process and the local services available. Between January 2008 and April 2011, More than 200 bureaux took part in over 500 sessions.
Materials

We also produced a set of materials that were given to course participants.
