We support this continued broad power to make provision for social care services and we welcome the proposed definition of social services.  As discussed in the forward to the draft Bill any changes must make access to services easier and give service users a strong voice and real control of the social care process.  We welcome the proposal to add social work within the 'social care servies' definition.
