Reports and publications
Citizens Advice, the national charity for the Citizens Advice service, publishes a number of social policy reports and articles every year highlighting some of the most prevalent, serious and urgent issues our clients face.
These reports are based on the unique access we have to the widespread and up to date information about the problems recorded by our bureau network.
Published quarterly by Citizens Advice, our Evidence journal aims to highlight a range of current policy concerns of the Citizens Advice service. It details the CAB client evidence that drives our concerns and our ideas for solutions.
