This section contains the latest statistics published by Citizens Advice. Statistics are published quarterly and annually. Full advice statistics are available quarterly and at the end of each year, once they’ve been finalised, with a brief commentary. At other times of the year we publish isolated statistics about issues relevant to specific stories.

Citizens Advice annual advice statistics 2010/11

Citizens Advice Bureaux in England and Wales advised 2.1 million clients on 7.1 million problems from April 2010 to March 2011.

Our advice website, adviceguide.org.uk, received 14.2 million visits, up by 35% from 2009/10.
