Gold Challenge
What is the Gold Challenge?

We're a charity partner of the Gold Challenge, a fundraising initiative tied into the Olympic and Paralympic Games.
It lets you test yourself – or your team – in Olympic and Paralympic sports while raising money for us, your chosen cause. Whether you take part to get fit, add a bit of variety to your life, or as a team building exercise, it’s guaranteed to create an exciting build up to the 2012 Games. Each event has disability options meaning everyone can participate fully.
You can also take up the 2012 challenge. There are three possible levels of challenge depending on how adventurous you're feeling (2012km/201.2km/20.12km). The distance can be completed through a variety of sports including running, walking, cycling, swimming, sailing, rowing, kayaking and even horse riding!
Get involved
Unlike most mass participation events there is no entry fee. Certain challenges and venues do attract a small charge but, with plenty to choose from, it’s more than possible to get involved for free. The minimum fundraising commitment starts from £250.

- Decide if you want to take part as an individual or a team.
