Which? Legal Service is working with Citizens Advice as part of our Adviceline telephone service to provide specialist legal advice to people with employment problems.
Following an initial telephone assessment, and where appropriate, callers are offered the opportunity of transferring to Which? Legal Service and receiving up to fifteen minutes free employment advice, which is also available through a dedicated Partner line on 01992 822 866.
Although there is no obligation to do so, callers may also subscribe to Which? Legal Service and receive consumer and employment legal advice by telephone and email during the course of the year.
The cost of the subscription service varies but is currently in the region of £50.00 a year. Adviceline and Partner line users will always be offered the lowest available rate should they wish to subscribe.
Which? Legal Service comprises of a team of specialist consumer and employment lawyers who provide comprehensive legal support to its customers across a wide range of employment and consumer issues.
