About us
We are located on the first floor of the Library building in Gresham Road, Oxted. If you cannot climb our stairs, there is a lift suitable for people with disabilities. Access to the lift is through the library – go through main entrance doors and the lift is on the far wall immediately to the left of the service desk.
Please note, the lift is not available Mondays as the library is closed. On Mondays, go through main CAB entrance (next to Health Centre) and use the telephone provided, to speak to us.

Get advice
The Citizens Advice service offers practical, up-to-date information and advice on a wide range of topics, including; debt, benefits, housing, legal, discrimination, employment, immigration, consumer and other problems.
Our advice is available to everyone regardless of race, gender, sexuality, age, nationality, disability or religion.
Volunteer
The majority of advisers are trained volunteers, helping the Citizens Advice service to resolve over 6 million new problems every year.
We couldn’t survive without our 21,000 fantastic volunteers, but we need around 5,000 more. We’re looking for all sorts of people with different backgrounds and skills to volunteer with us for a uniquely rewarding experience.

Together, we are the Citizens Advice service, and we help people resolve their legal, money and other problems by providing free, independent and confidential advice, and by influencing policymakers.
