David Harker, Chief Executive at Citizens Advice said:
“We are extremely pleased to have been selected by the FSA as partners in the delivery of Money Guidance in the North East and North West of England from Spring 2009. There is at present a gap in the provision of advice for consumers who may need impartial advice on their financial situation but cannot afford to pay for it. This pathfinder should identify the most effective ways of addressing this need, and we look forward to being part of this groundbreaking initiative from the spring.”
