About our advice service

Citizens Advice Newcastle provides free, independent confidential and impartial advice to everyone who lives or works in the City. Established in 1939, Citizens Advice Newcastle has a main office in the city centre. Additional outreach advice sessions are provided in key locations, including community centres and a GP practice. Our City Centre Bureau daily drop-in advice sessions run on a first come, first served basis and they get very busy.
