2014/15 cumulative results
Royal Mail’s cumulative results for 2014/15 are very similar to the previous year and are as follows:
1st Class met the 93.0% target exactly, which is slightly down (0.2%) on the 2013/14 result.
2nd Class beat the target of 98.5% by 0.4% which is exactly the same as last year.
Special Delivery failed by 0.3% to meet the 99.0% target but that is 0.1% better than last year.
9 PCAs failed the 91.5% target this year, they are;
- Bath (BA) 91.3%
- Bristol (BS) 91.0%
- Colchester (CO) 91.4%
- Gloucester (GL) 91.2%
- Llandrindod Wells 91.4%
- London NW (NW) 91.4%
- Taunton (TA) 90.5%
- Teeside (TS) 90.8%
- Wakefield (WF) 91.4%
Only 4 PCAs failed the 91.5% target in 2013/14, they were:
- Huddersfield (HD) 90.8%
- Nottingham (NG) 91.1%
- Taunton (TA) 91.4%
- Warrington (WA) 90.2%
Taunton is the only Post Code Area to have failed to meet the 91.5% target two years running.
