Results Quarter 2 2016-17
2016-17 QUARTER 2 RESULTS
Generally, the results are similar to those for the same quarter last year. The main changes are that the number of PCAs that failed has improved. The one result that does cause some concern is that for USO Outgoing EU Services D+3 which has recorded a result of 83.1% against a target of 85%. This is the lowest result we can recall and in Quarter 2 in 2012 -13 Royal Mail recorded 92.8% for this service. We have asked Royal Mail for an explanation of why this is now below the target of 85%.
A summary of the Quarter 2 results are below.
1st Class exceeded the 93% target by 0.4% which is 0.8% higher than it was for the same quarter last year.
