Royal Mail Quality of Service results quarter 4 2014-15

The results this quarter are slightly better than those for quarter 3.

1st Class just missed the 93.0% target by 0.1% but is 0.5% down on the same quarter last year. 

2nd Class beat the 98.5% target by 0.5% which is the same for the same quarter last year.  

Special Delivery failed to meet the target of 99.0% by 0.3% which is 0.4% better than the same period last year. 

13 Post Code Areas (PCAs) failed to meet the 91.5% target this quarter which is 3 worse than for the same period last year.  They were: 

  • Bradford (BD) 89.5
  • Bournemouth (BH) 90.6
  • Northern Ireland (BT) 90.9
  • Gloucester (GL) 91.4
  • Huddersfield (HD) 90.9
  • Llandrindod Wells (LD) 91.1
  • Northamptonshire (91.1)
  • Oxford (OX) 91.4
  • Perth (PH) 89.0
  • Salisbury (SP) 89.1
  • Stoke-on-Trent (ST) 89.5
  • Teesside (TS) 90.1
  • Worcester (WR) 91.1
