Citizens Advice Waverley (CAW) is a local independent charity providing free, impartial and confidential advice to people across the borough of Waverley and more widely. It runs advice offices in Cranleigh, Farnham, Godalming and Haslemere.

Further details of our work are available on our website: http://www.waverleycab.org.uk

We anticipate increasing our paid staff in various project based roles over the next few months. If you would like to learn more about us and the roles that may be available please register your interest by sending your CV with a covering letter to ceo@waverleycab.cabnet.org.uk. Your letter should set out why you are interested in working for Citizens Advice Waverley and how you could add value to our team

When these roles become available we may request your participation in other recruitment selection processes (eg written application, interview etc) to further determine your suitability for specific positions.

Submission of this expression of interest is not a guarantee that you will be offered employment with CAW.

To be eligible, all candidates are required to have:

• Good communication skills with the ability to interact professionally and sensitively with all levels of staff and the public

• Good written communication skills

Although not essential experience of working in the advice sector, or a good understanding of the work of that sector, would be helpful.

In return we are hoping soon to offer a range of challenging and rewarding roles as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Every local Citizens Advice is a registered charity. Different application procedures are adopted by individual local Citizens Advice. Contact the relevant one as outlined in the information about this role. You should not send an application form to national Citizens Advice.

All local Citizens Advice produce their own annual report, but you can find out more about the Citizens Advice network or download the latest national Citizens Advice annual report.
