All clients seeking advice will receive an initial assessment of their situation in a short interview with an assessor. Times are shown below.
If further advice is needed as a result of this assessment, an appointment will be made at a time convenient to you.
We also offer specialist advice in welfare benefits and debt, and we are an intermediary agent for Debt Relief Orders.
The office is open every day from 09.00 to 17.00, apart from Friday where we close 15 minutes earlier. The times when people can drop-in for advice are shown below.
