Christchurch Citizens Advice Bureau operates a phone first service via the Dorset Adviceline. PHONE NO 0344 245 1291
When you speak to an assessor on the Dorset Adviceline they will take details of your enquiry and decide the best way to help you. If they decide you need an appointment, they will contact us and we will contact you.
If nobody is available or you call outside of opening hours, there is 24 hour recorded information, or you may have the option to transfer to another agency who might be able to help you. Alternatively, you may choose to ring back through again.
If you call from a mobile, please be prepared to enter a local landline number so that your call can be put through to your nearest bureau. the number you enter will not be used for any other purpose.
