National Consumer Week
National Consumer Week is a yearly campaign which raises awareness of specific consumer issues. Every year covers a different topic and in previous years, the campaign has promoted awareness of issues such as electrical safety, subscription traps, and consumer rights. This year we'll be focussing on online marketplaces and the rights of consumers using them.
National Consumer Week 2018 will take place the week beginning 26 November. Email email@example.com with the subject 'National Consumer Week' to be kept on a mailing list to be alerted with updates.
Citizens Advice runs National Consumer Week in close collaboration with the Consumer Protection Partnership. This brings together key partners in the consumer landscape to identify, prioritise and coordinate collective action to tackle detriment.
Partners include the Trading Standards service and the Department of Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS).
