National Consumer Week
National Consumer Week is a yearly campaign which aims to raise people's awareness of specific consumer issues.
The 2020 campaign raised awareness of consumer rights when shopping online, and what people can do if something goes wrong. It took place 16 - 22 November. Details of the 2021 campaign will be available later in the year.

Resources from the 2020 campaign are still available to download, These materials will help you raise awareness of people’s rights when buying things from online marketplaces, and what they can do if something goes wrong.
Citizens Advice runs National Consumer Week in close collaboration with the Consumer Protection Partnership. This brings together key partners in the consumer landscape to identify, prioritise and coordinate collective action to tackle detriment.
Partners include the Trading Standards service and the Department of Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS).
