Trading Standards Review Report
Trading Standards and the Citizens Advice consumer service have an
initiative in place to evaluate the quality of cases they receive annually. These findings are then analysed and the results shared in the form of a joint report. The report outlines the key themes and issues identified from the review and the activities that will be undertaken by CitA as a result.
