Citizens Advice response to npower price cuts

Citizens Advice Chief Executive Gillian Guy said;

“It’s pleasing to see that npower has jumped on the ‘price cut band wagon’ and we hope it is only a matter of time before the remaining two big suppliers do the same.  We firmly believe that when wholesale prices come down – so should customers' bills.  

“Next week we will be helping people save even more money through our Big Energy Week campaign people.  Anyone looking for advice on how to cut the size of their bills, find out more about insulation and what to do if they are in fuel debt can visit  There you can also find out about the local events in your area through an interactive map.”
