Advice Trends in Wales: 2017 to 2018/Tueddiadau Cyngor yng Nghymru: 2017 i 2018
Last year we helped over 102,520 people in Wales to resolve over 406,694 problems. On average, each person who came to us for support had 4 problems. This gives us a unique insight into the needs and concerns of people in Wales. We use this knowledge to campaign on big issues, both locally and nationally.
Y llynedd, fe wnaethom ni helpu dros 102,520 o bobl yng Nghymru i ddatrys dros 406,694 o broblemau. Ar gyfartaledd, roedd gan bob person a ddaeth atom ni i gael cymorth 4 problem. Mae hyn yn golygu bod gennym ni syniad unigryw o anghenion a phryderon pobl yng Nghymru. Rydyn ni’n defnyddio’r wybodaeth hon i ymgyrchu ar faterion pwysig, yn lleol ac yn genedlaethol.
