A new Consumer Duty - response to the FCA from Citizens Advice

Our response sets out our support for measures to update consumer rights in specific markets, and strengthen consumer law enforcement so that the CMA can more effectively and efficiently tackle practices that cause consumer harm. We also outline where broader and bolder action is needed to meaningfully transform markets so they work for consumers.
