Citizens Advice response to CMP275 Code Administrator Consultation [ 240 kb]

CMP275 aims to eliminate duplicate and overlapping revenue sources within ancillary and balancing services, such as black start and Short Term Operating Reserve.

In our response to the code administrator consultation, we have set out that we believe the baseline (i.e. no change) better facilitates the Applicable CUSC Objectives over the original Modification proposal and alternative Modification proposal.
