Response to Ofgem consultation on the design of a new energy price cap [ 320 kb]

Ofgem was seeking feedback on the design and configuration of the forthcoming price cap on default energy tariffs.  

In our submission, we expressed broad support for its proposals with only minor amendments.  We also set out our views on the conditions that would need to be met before the cap could be safely removed.
