Work Readiness Action Programme

The Building Better Opportunities Work Readiness Action Programme (BBO WRAP) is an initiative funded by the Big Lottery Fund and the European Social Fund, and Goodwill Solutions CIC is the lead partner in delivering the project.

The programme aims at helping unemployed and economically inactive people from Northamptonshire gain training, education, volunteering opportunities, and employment.

All personalised interventions that directly target the needs of the unemployed and economically inactive individuals and enhance their work readiness are delivered by GS and its partner organisations in Corby, Kettering, Northampton, and Wellingborough.
